If you should run into problems with using Track Prince, you can always email Loke Software. In order to
optimize the solution of your problem, the best way to do so is this:
Open Settings in Track Prince
Change the Debug Level to 8
Restart Track Prince and perform the actions that are causing you trouble. This will generate a detailed log of the events. Now use the automated support function to email
this log to Loke Software
This will open a new email with the log file attached. Describe your problem and send the email.
